Every product is made to order. We don't mass produce inventory, which allows us to focus on original designs and quality products.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before they are shipped.

During holidays, product launches, or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times after production are:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • Canada: 5–10 business days

  • International: 10–30 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, weather, or carrier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

Witory is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at hello@witory.co. We'll do our best to help if production has not yet begun.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears to be delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at hello@witory.co. We'll work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
